Realistic simulations: a new tool for internal promotion
Au travers de cette interview, les équipes de PRO BTP nous expliquent comment VTS Editor a eu un effet vertueux sur l’ensemble du Département de la Formation Professionnelle. En effet, d’un point de vue de l’attractivité en interne, le nombre de commandes des autres départements a sensiblement augmenté. Que ce soit la direction Marketing ou Commerciale, chacun a en tête les possibilités offertes par l’outil suite aux journées de formation suivies. Cela augmente la qualité des contenus fournis et donc réduit les délais de production pour les concepteurs pédagogiques.
Du point de vue des apprenants, Maryse Sangarin note une hausse de leur engagement. Grâce à la nature gamifiée et interactive des modules, ceux qui voyaient la formation comme contraignante en sont maintenant les principaux utilisateurs !
