Reinvent student onboarding with playful, collaborative learning paths
IPAG Business School, a leading business school with campuses in Paris, Nice and Thionville, welcomes new students every year who must quickly become familiar with their campuses, services and ways of working.
To address this challenge, Thomas Hervouet Kasmi, Director of the Experiential Digital Learning Center, designed an innovative learning experience combining serious games, social learning and collaborative dynamics. Using VTS Editor, the teams created and deployed a series of games enabling students to discover their environment in a playful, progressive and engaging way.
The project strengthened team building from day one, improved understanding of campus services and rules, and delivered a highly differentiating onboarding experience. Following its success, the program is now being rolled out in an English version for international students.
