VTS Editor 7.0.3 is available! This new version brings 104 new synthetic voices, several fixes and optimizations to improve your experience. The goal? Offer more choice for creating your scenarios and fix some bugs for a more fluid use. Find out more about what’s changed in this update.

New synthetic voices to enrich your scenarios

For those who use voice-over in their scenarios, good news: 104 new AI-generated voices have been added in version 7.0.3. This gives you even more choice to personalize your experiences.
In parallel, 95 old voices have been marked as obsolete and can no longer be used. If you have projects using these voices, they will remain functional, but it will no longer be possible to generate new dialogues with them.

Patches to improve your user comfort

We have also fixed several bugs and optimized some elements to make VTS Editor more stable and enjoyable to use:

• Appearance : some adjustments on the graphic themes to ensure a faithful display to the colors and fonts selected.
• Media : import of PNG images without transparency works normally again, and a bug that added a green background to some files has been fixed.
• Text & voice : the spell checker no longer considers the word «I» (in English) as an error on some machines.
• Clickable Zones block : the management of colors and tabs has been improved, and a display bug in some previews has been fixed.
• Web/SCORM deployment : several fixes, including to ensure the correct display of scores and improve management of external links on iOS.
• VTS Player : fixed some experience blocks and a password management problem when opening scenarios.

Adjustments to avoid slowdowns

Finally, we have optimized the memory management, especially on mobile devices. Long modules containing many sounds or voices should no longer cause unexpected crashes.
