Usability
« Back to Glossary Index
Usability or the ability to use a particular numerical tool refers to its degree of ease of use in relation to the achievement of a set objective. This can be achieved through intuitive operation, comfort, etc. It should be noted that usability is part of a quality research approach. It should be noted that usability is a concept close to that of ergonomics. However, it should be noted that the latter is much broader. It is also necessary to stress that usability has three specific criteria, namely effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction.
