The Training Modalities cover all the spatio-temporal learning opportunities that are offered to different learners. These include learning outside of working/during working time, face-to-face/distance learning, in-company, i.e. within the walls of the company with only the employees, blended learning, inter-company learning (learning that brings together learners from several companies at the same time), etc. The Training Modalities also attempt to characterise the various forms of training. Examples include work-linked training (personalisation contract and apprenticeship), formal/informal training, tutoring, etc.
