Knowing how to be or behavioural competence or soft skill encompasses the interpersonal and human qualities of every individual. These are not easily measurable, which is not the case with technical or hard skills. Among these famous qualities are, among others, initiative, adaptability, communication skills, team spirit, creativity, etc. It should be emphasised that these different skills are crucial. In the majority of cases, they are the ones that enable the best possible implementation of practical skills. They therefore remain indispensable in the field of digital learning.
