Peer Coaching
« Back to Glossary Index

Peer coaching can be defined as a method of acquiring skills and knowledge. It turns out to be the result of the crossing of two other different methods which are none other than collaborative learning and coaching. Each individual will then take the role of coach in turn for one of his peers. This will enable him or her to help the latter to develop his or her skills, and thus to gain more performance. In short, the learners will help each other to achieve their objectives. They will develop together and will be able to achieve success together.
