Learning on the job

When a given company wants to organise informal learning, it is called learning on the job or Learning on the job. In this case, it represents a significant potential source of learning. The company in question must therefore offer its employees all the necessary learning resources. It should be noted that in most cases these are available on an intranet or training platform. The company must also offer its employees sharing tools to encourage the dissemination of good practices and not least collaborative learning.
