    Leadership can be defined as the ability of any individual to lead or lead other people or even organisations to achieve given goals. In short, a leader is seen as an individual who is able to inspire, influence and guide. It should be noted that this individual is different from a decision-maker or manager. Indeed, the latter have specific capacities for administration. However, they do not lead an organisation, group or country to another stage of its development. However, it is good to know that a good manager can be a leader.
