The LCMS Platform or Learning Content Management System is a training platform. It is a web-based software application that enables the distribution, organisation and storage of the various learning contents. It should be noted that this platform is not aimed at just anyone, contrary to popular belief. It is only intended for people who are in charge of managing these different contents. This may include teachers, trainers, etc. As a result, learners cannot access the platform as it is reserved for their managers. Although the LCMS and the LMS have the same functionality, they are different.
