The LCM or learning community manager is the individual who is entrusted with the task of leading a community of learners. It should be stressed that this community can be formed during the course of a training course. It is also possible that it may have been formed on a more permanent basis in a company. They may therefore be, for example, local managers or communities of salespeople, etc. The learning community manager’s main mission is to provide a company or training platform with additional content (video, PDF, links, articles, etc.), to help people understand the different educational content and to encourage exchanges through testimonials, good practices, document sharing, etc.
