To put it simply, the HRIS or human resources management information system refers to a computer system that brings together a set of management processes in the service of a human resources department. This may mainly cover the administrative management of careers, training and recruitment. The human resources management information system may also include a training platform. This is essential for running and distributing digital learning systems.
