Know-how (or operational knowledge or hard skill)

Know-how, or operational knowledge, or hard skill, brings together all the technical skills and knowledge that have been acquired in the workplace through experience. These skills include, for example, the mastery of a particular field, such as accounting, physics, mathematics, marketing, etc. There is also the mastery of a task, which may be community management, web writing, etc. There is also mastery of a language and a technical language (law, programming, medical field, etc.). Finally, there is mastery of software, such as a word processing program, design program, etc.
