Ludification (or gamification)
« Back to Glossary Index

Ludification, or gamification in English, refers to the use of different game mechanisms in other areas. In particular, it is used in work situations, learning situations, websites or social networks. The aim of Ludification is to increase the acceptability and use of various applications. It is based on the human predisposition to play. In short, gamification can be seen as a new way of setting up a working atmosphere, of awakening motivation in others, of grasping problems and, above all, of managing a team. In other words, it is an innovative form of management.
