FEST (work-based training)
« Back to Glossary Index

FEST, or training in work situations, is a type of training. It is adjusted to the context of constraints and actions and to the needs of VSEs (Very Small Enterprises) and SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises). It should be noted that FEST makes it possible to formalise an apprenticeship “on the job”. This consists of two major stages. There is therefore a reflective time and role-playing. The introduction of on-the-job training in the legislative texts was made in 2015, more precisely in August of that year.
