Face-to-face training
« Back to Glossary Index

Face-to-face training is also known as face-to-face learning. As the name suggests, it is of course held in a training room. Learners are then put face to face with a trainer or teacher who will conduct the learning. It should be noted that face-to-face training is obviously different from distance learning. However, it can also be used in conjunction with distance learning in the case of blended learning. All in all, face-to-face learning is similar to the teaching modality encountered in a classroom with a teacher.
