Face-to-face learning
« Back to Glossary Index

This is the method we are used to seeing, i.e. the lessons are given in a room by a teacher. Some advantages of face-to-face learning are worth noting. Firstly, the trainer and learners can interact in real time. This creates a certain dynamism during the course. What is also important is that the presence of the learners and the trainer in the same room allows the trainer to assess the level of understanding of the learners. He will then be able to make adjustments or provide additional explanations to ensure successful learning.
