    In the field of digital learning, as in other sectors, evaluation refers to a function consisting of assessing a project that has already been completed or is still in progress. This evaluation may also be carried out on a set of action lines or on a programme. The assessment should be as objective and systematic as possible. The evaluation determines the relevance of the objectives. The same applies to their degree of achievement, as well as to their sustainability, impact, effectiveness and development efficiency. In this context, it is essential to ask questions such as what we are doing, who is benefiting, etc., and to ask ourselves what we are doing.
