Effectiveness in terms of training concerns several individuals at the same time. Thus, there is the effectiveness of the training for the learner, the effectiveness of the training for the company to which the learner belongs, and finally, the effectiveness that the training organisation or trainer must have in mind in order to be successful. It should be noted that measuring the effectiveness of a training course is different for each of these entities. For the learner, for example, the effectiveness of a training course is linked to the objective that motivated its enrolment. This objective may be, among others, further training, a change of path, etc.
