Ainsi, une entreprise qui permet \u00e0 tous ses salari\u00e9s de pouvoir se former r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement favorise un meilleur engagement et une appartenance plus forte \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise, contrairement \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e pr\u00e9con\u00e7ue selon laquelle seul le salaire motive les collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, m\u00eame s\u2019il demeure important, le salaire ne constitue pas l\u2019unique motivation d\u2019un salari\u00e9, loin de l\u00e0. Comme le pr\u00e9cise l\u2019\u00e9tude <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fr.adp.com\/ressources\/documentations\/articles\/s\/strategies-engagement-salaries-2018.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Workforce View in Europe 2018<\/a> men\u00e9e par Opinion Matters pour l\u2019ADP, le Top 3 des facteurs de motivation seraient :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des missions ;<\/li>\n<li>Le D\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences \/ \u00e9volutions de carri\u00e8re ;<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019ambiance de travail.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Int\u00e9ressons-nous au deuxi\u00e8me point : le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences.<\/h3>\n<p>S\u2019il existe d\u2019innombrables documents, articles, modules e-learning et autres vid\u00e9os explicatives pour d\u00e9velopper les connaissances, les comp\u00e9tences, elles, s\u2019acqui\u00e8rent par la pratique et, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, en contexte.<\/p>\n<p>En entreprise, les formations permettant d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences se font rares. Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 peu, c\u2019\u00e9tait l&rsquo;apanage des formations en pr\u00e9sentiel, avec ses sessions de travaux pratiques et ses jeux de r\u00f4les, mais depuis la crise sanitaire de la COVID-19, les dispositifs <a href=\"https:\/\/seriousfactory.com\/fr\/module-elearning-sur-mesure\/?origin=old_blog\">Blended Learning<\/a> et le digital prennent de l\u2019importance. Une opportunit\u00e9 dans l\u2019adversit\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n<p>Pour d\u00e9velopper des soft skills par exemple, la logistique et les co\u00fbts de formation deviennent vite challengeants pour les responsables formations et les DRH, lorsque le pr\u00e9sentiel est privil\u00e9gi\u00e9. C\u2019est la raison pour laquelle, lorsqu\u2019on analyse le fonctionnement de ce type de formations dans les entreprises, notamment en France, on se rend compte que bien souvent, ceux qui les suivent sont les cadres et les personnes ayant des responsabilit\u00e9s manag\u00e9riales.<\/p>\n<p>Est-ce parce que les OPCO prennent en charge une part trop faible pour former tout le monde et les faire monter en comp\u00e9tences ? Est-ce parce que le nombre de personnes \u00e0 former en entreprise est trop important pour assurer une logistique qui ne mobilise pas toute l\u2019entreprise pendant cette p\u00e9riode ? Sans doute un peu des deux.<\/p>\n<p>Le fait est que l\u2019entreprise se scinde alors en deux parties : ceux qui d\u00e9veloppent leurs soft skills (en haut de l\u2019\u00e9chelle hi\u00e9rarchique) et les autres (la masse des salari\u00e9s qui assurent bien souvent la majeure partie l\u2019op\u00e9rationnel de l\u2019entreprise).<\/p>\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me est que ceux qui suivent ces formations, environ 15% de la masse salariale, sont bien souvent ceux qui ont eu les parcours scolaires les plus complets et qui ont par la suite pu acqu\u00e9rir de nombreuses comp\u00e9tences, davantage que 85% du reste de l\u2019entreprise. Le foss\u00e9 se creuse donc chaque jour un peu plus en entreprise !<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9veloppons ensemble les comp\u00e9tences de tous.<\/h3>\n<p>Si l\u2019on s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise, il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 d\u2019un mauvais calcul. En effet, am\u00e9liorer de 10% les comp\u00e9tences de 15% des salari\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise, est sans doute moins pertinent que d\u2019am\u00e9liorer en m\u00eame proportion celles des 85% restants.
